What should I do before you arrive?
Shut off the main water valve if you can reach it safely, and move anything valuable out of the affected area. If water is near an electrical panel or outlet, leave that circuit alone and tell us when you call.
Do you charge more at night?
Out-of-hours callouts carry a higher fee, and we tell you the figure on the phone before dispatching. It is credited against the cost of the repair.
