Do you charge for estimates?
Not for replacement work. If you want a quote for a new water heater or a bathroom fit-out, that visit is free. Diagnostic work where we have to find a fault carries a fee, which we credit against the repair if you go ahead.
How quickly can you get here?
Emergency calls in Naperville are usually reached within the hour. Scheduled work is typically next day, and same day if you catch us early enough in the morning.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Illinois plumbing contractor licence 055-041982, and we are fully insured and bonded. We are happy to send the certificates before we arrive.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, all major cards and bank transfer. Financing is available on replacements over $1,500.
Do you guarantee your work?
Labour is guaranteed for twelve months. Parts carry whatever the manufacturer offers, and we will tell you what that is before fitting anything.
