Rivergate started in 2009 with one van and a lot of word of mouth. We are still small on purpose: five licensed plumbers, one dispatcher, and no commission targets that would make anyone recommend work you do not need. Most of what we do is unglamorous. Drains that keep blocking, water heaters at the end of their life, the slow leak nobody spotted until the bill arrived. We would rather explain what is wrong and let you decide than talk you into the biggest option on the page. If we cannot help, we will usually know who can.

Water was coming through the kitchen ceiling at eleven at night. Someone actually answered, talked me through shutting the main off, and had a van here inside forty minutes. Fixed and dried out before I left for work.
Third company to look at the same recurring blockage. First one to put a camera down it and show me the root intrusion rather than just cabling it and leaving. Quoted the repair on the spot and it has been clear since.
Told me the water heater was worth repairing rather than replacing, which cost them a much bigger job. That is the whole reason I called them back for the bathroom work.
Our water bill had roughly doubled and nobody could tell us why. They found a slab leak under the hall in about an hour and opened one small section rather than tearing up the floor.
Good work and a fair price. Only reason it is not five stars is that the first appointment slipped by a day, though they did call ahead rather than leave me waiting.
Passed on by word of mouth after they helped with a frozen line last winter.
